Annual: $250
Comprehensive annual exam where we will go through past medical history at length, discuss what screening and preventative exams would be advantageous, complete with appropriate lab and imaging orders. Includes follow up visit for discussion on the labs and imaging orders and a detailed plan of action for anything that needs optimization. This is a focus on preventative care and does not include continued chronic condition management or medication management. Ideal for anyone wanting a once a year screening exam.
