½ Cup of Sprouted Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp of Organic Basil Seeds
2 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseed
1 Scoop French Vanilla Transparent Labs Whey Protein
¼ Cup Plain Fat-Free Siggis Yogurt
1 Cup 2% A2 Milk
59.8g of Carbs, 21g of Fat, 59.3g of Protein, 23g of Fiber. 663 Calories
Mix all together in a jar; soak overnight in the fridge.
I eat half about 2 hours before training and the second half after training.
